Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we maintain a strict return policy.

Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in the exact same condition received (still sealed/sleeved if applicable).

• You must contact us at {{ store.email }} before shipping anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

• Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.)

• Opened boxes or cases

• Custom or personalized orders

• High-value items over $200 (case-by-case)

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged on Arrival: Please notify us with photos within 48 hours.
